Former visiting doctoral student David Sandberg defends his doctoral thesis.
David Sandberg of Lund University, who was a visiting doctoral student at IFN in the autumn of 2025, will defend his doctoral thesis in June. The dissertation is titled When Places Change: Essays on Local Labor Markets and Individual Responses. His supervisors are Andreas Bergh of Lund University and IFN, and Björn Tyrefors of IFN and the University of Gothenburg. is a member of the grading committee.
