Professor Magnus Henrekson was the CEO of IFN between 2005 and 2020, he has since continued to work at IFN as a senior researcher. Some of his research interests are entrepreneurship, human capital, and collaborative innovation blocks, topics that are the theme of the conference. The issues discussed are also of great relevance to stakeholders in Sweden’s industrial sector.
Some of the issues are: How does entrepreneurial human capital differ from the human capital of other individuals? What complementary skills do entrepreneurs require to realize their projects, and what are the greatest obstacles? Can entrepreneurship make political systems more resilient?
