Priset delas ut vid en ceremoni på Rosenbad i Stockholm den 26 maj då Lerner ger en prisföreläsning med rubriken ”Why Public Efforts to Boost Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital Have Failed and What to Do About It” som även är titeln på hans senaste bok.
