On September 25, Niclas Berggren will serve as external examiner at the defense of the doctoral dissertation Economic Freedom in the European Union, written by Inês Carmelo Rosa Calado Lopes Domingos at the Catholic University of Portugal in Lisbon. In addition to being a doctoral candidate, Domingos also serves as Portugal's Secretary of State for European Affairs. Link
