Fredrik Sjöholm is a Professor and CEO at the Research Institute of Industrial Economics (IFN) since November 2020. Since the spring of 2025, he is the Director of IFN's research program on Geoeconomics. He has previously held academic positions at Lund University, the Stockholm School of Economics, Örebro University, and the National University of Singapore. Between 2007 and 2011, Fredrik Sjöholm was the Director of IFN's research program, Globalization and the Firm.
