Thomas Tangerås is professor of economics at Mälardalen University and holds a Ph.D in economics from IIES at Stockholm University. He is an IFN Senior Research Fellow and is affiliated with the Electricity Policy Research Group at University of Cambridge and the Program on Energy and Sustainable Development at Stanford University.
